Have you checked for child molesters around your neighborhood? Any drugs? The people who get involved in that end up getting chopped up in pieces there worried. And your grandma sounds like there is something else going on maybe something happened to her that makes her feel that way or if she was never close to your mom she feels as if her kids grew up too fast and has you to replace that. Or she's on menopause
