WHERE TO STAY DURING URBAN FIESTA WEEKEND?

Me and my friends are planning a trip for Memorial day weekend to San Juan Puerto Rico for the Urban Fiesta weekend. We're not sure where to stay. We want to stay somewhere close to all the action and events for that weekend. The host hotel is The Embassy Suites on 8000 Tartak Street in San Juan. We're trying to find somewhere in close vicinity of there to stay. If anyone has been to San juan for this particular weekend. or has personal experience with hotels theres. please share your wisdom. thanks.
