Hey well its always been my life long dream to?

Hey well its always been my life long dream to pet an orca whale. And I know theres a place near San Juan Islands where you can get close but Im not sure if you can actually touch them. And their wild orcas and Ill risk touching it but i would rather them be somewhat trained lol. So if theres a place like seaworld where you can pet them then please let me know. THANKS!!
