Can a bipolar and depressed person join the military?

Calm down ok. Yes they can but they cant have a top secret job such as Spec ops Navy SEALs and most likely will not be able to become an officer. Please stop wasting your points. Why are military people liars? Im not and my father my mother or my sisters and brother are not liars. We are simply warriors. You cant have a mental illness in the military. If you dont like the way she was treated, she can always talk to a different recruiter or their superior officer.
