Fly Fishing for pond trout?

what you need to do is try and identify what there feeding on and match a fly. But alot of it could be bad timing, weather, water temp, even the moon. Some ponds i fish, what worked like a charm last year isnt working this year. But thats why its a sport, keep at it you'll get it.
