Do Puerto Rico have their own Consulates?

PR does not have Consuls as the USA Consul is he PR Consul. As a USA territory, some countries have their consulates in PR. In the past, PR has held some "Business Offices" in other countries akin to consulates, but not in name as it would be an affront to the USA authority over the Island. I think we still have one of those in Spain, but I am not really sure.
