San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua to Panama City by bus?

I was looking to catch the ticabus to Panama City from SJDS. Is it possible to catch one from there? or will I have to head back to Managua? I only have one week in Nicaragua, so I wanted to see Granada and Ometepe, and finish off my visit in San Juan Del Sur. Thanks ahead of time for any responses!
