Attached n needy puppy?

Ok so yesterday my dog got an electric shock when she bit a cable so I toke her to emergency and they gave me meds n all tht stuff for her when I take her back home she fines n running round. But when bed time comes she gets whiny and cries when I put her back in the cage. So I had to get out of bed I toke her out and she was still crying when I went to sit down she jump with me on the couch and cuddled up and fell rite asleep so I was able to put her back and sleep. Nopw morning she's doing same thing. Wat do I do? (I want my sleep too)
