My girlfriend is pregnant and wants to keep it, i think she should get an abortion?

My girlfriend is 17 years old and is about 8-10 weeks pregnant. she wants to keep the kid but she has been drinking often and even do drugs such as MDMA, GHB, and cocaine. I think she should get an abortion since we are not ready for it and do not want to have a baby with illnesses due to all the partying. any advice? she really wants to keep it
