Someone on here keeps posting stats that gays growing up in right wingnut states are more likely to resort to?

People fear what they don't understand. And they express their fear with acts of hate. I don't know if this is human nature or a learned behavior. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that these people will ever change. Thankfully there are organizations out there like the It Gets Better Project to show GLBT youth that if they just hang in there, things will get better.
