Good watersports/tour companies in Condado, San Juan (PR)?

My BF and I are planning a vacation in Condado but we'll be staying in a vacation rental, not a hotel/resort. We're on a budget. Know any fair & resonable watersports companies in the area? How much should we expect to spend on fun (maybe a visit to el yunque but definitely a day or two of jet skiing and snorkeling)? Any additional tips you might have on cutting corners or enjoying ourselves are welcome!
