How do i get my dog from san juan to fajardo? i need them to come to st.thomas?

my dogs are being flown into san juan and i need to some how figure out how i can get them to st.thomas from there. they are both snub nose dogs which makes it a bit more difficult. they need to come via charter, ferry or private plane i think
