I need a list of Benefits in owning a pet?

I am doing a presentation on the health (mental and physical) benefits of owning a pet. I am looking for as many benefits as I can come up with. The presentation has to be about 1 hour long. and I haven't found enough to fill that amount of time. The presentation is for a group that has to deal with different mental illnesses. Everyone in the group has to take turns running the group, and the benefits of owning a pet is my topic.
